From our inception in 1959, at Dampcure Woodcure we have always guaranteed our work, which has played an important part in building our strong reputation.

All specialist works carried out by Dampcure Woodcure are covered by our long term Guarantees2 as follows:

  • Timber treatment – 20 years
  • Damp proofing – 20 years
  • Basement waterproofing – 10 years

Insurance-backed Guarantees

We can offer, through Guaranteed Protection Insurance, an underwritten guarantee to cover the guarantees issued by Dampcure Woodcure.

Property Care Association (PCA)

As PCA members, we can now provide an extra level of reassurance to our clients. Under a new guarantee scheme, the PCA now offer the ‘PCA Promise’, which covers timber and damp proofing works, as well as structural waterproofing. Under this warranty, the PCA covers clients for work in progress, and deposits. There are no additional costs to the client for this guarantee. This guarantee means that if we are unable to complete work for any reason, then another PCA contractor will complete the work to the original specification at no extra cost. This guarantee is only available from members of the PCA.
