I had been increasingly worried about damp in my lounge and dining room. I contacted Dampcure to ask them to visit to see the problem.
The appointment was arranged for Monday 9th December at 9am. Matthew Bradford, the Surveyor sent by Dampcure, inspected the two rooms – he was very thorough and helpful. He explained what type of damp I had in the two rooms, and explained how this would be rectified, and what I would need to do before they arrived to carry out the work.
The completed report was delivered to my computer the next day. I have never experienced such efficiency.
We agreed a date when the work will be carried out, and they were very kind and helpful, answering all my queries.
